I thought that it was in a good neighborhood when I first moved there, but after the first year the true colors were shown. When I moved in, the apartment wasn’t ready. I told management that the carpet needed to be replaced, instead they only half-cleaned it. The bathroom was dirty on move-in date. My car was broken into twice because they would leave the gate for the parking lot open to anyone. The gate was inoperable; at least three times I was locked in the parking lot and late for work.

There is a pool there that is never open and if it is open, it’s only open for a month. The pool also has broken cement and gravel at the bottom of it.

The maintenance is pretty lousy. the management staff will usually have an attitude when complaints are brought to them. Instead of coming with a solution they would change the subject.

This was my first apartment and I was never late on paying my rent, but they treated me as if I was a bad tenant.
If you stay upstairs be careful because the cement cracks when you walk on it and you may fall.
